1 Definitions and Applicability

This document serves as the legal agreement governing the use of the king baji platform and all its services. The key terms used below are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to king baji's website, mobile application, and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has created a registered account on king baji and is using its services.
• "Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other entertainment activities available on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a member's individual personal profile and the wallet linked to it.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to additional funds granted under a promotion that cannot be withdrawn until specific wagering conditions are met.

By accessing the king baji platform, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to all terms and conditions stated here. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using this platform.

2 Account Registration

2.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may hold only one account on king baji. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, payment method, or identity details is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts, and any bonuses or winnings earned may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Documents requested during the identity verification process (KYC) — such as a national ID card, birth certificate, or passport — must be submitted on time. king baji reserves the right to close any account registered with false information.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing account details with third parties or transferring your account to someone else is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the king baji support team immediately.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirement

All services on king baji are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Valid documents may be requested to verify age during account verification. If it is found that a user opened an account under the age of 21, that account will be closed and all transactions will be considered void.

You must also confirm that you are not accessing the platform from any country or region where online gaming and betting is prohibited by law. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on king baji is ৳500. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposited funds must come from an account you own — payments from third-party accounts or unknown sources are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Once a withdrawal request has begun processing, it may not be possible to cancel it.

4.3 Financial Verification

king baji is committed to preventing money laundering. For large transactions, account verification or additional documents may be required. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete, though this is not a common occurrence.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus offers on king baji are subject to specific terms. It is important to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; to become eligible to withdraw this bonus, a total of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Other Promotions

Other promotions — including weekly reload bonuses, sports boosters, birthday gifts, and referral bonuses — have their own terms. For each promotion:

• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time — see the specific promotion details.
• Real deposited funds must be wagered before using bonus funds to bet.
• If wagering is not completed within the set time limit after the bonus is awarded, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If misuse or manipulation of a promotion is found, the relevant bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

king baji reserves the right to refuse any bet or set betting limits. Any bet accepted in error due to a technical fault may be cancelled. In the sports section, bets placed after an event has started will be considered in accordance with the applicable rules.

6.2 Sports Betting Policy

Specific market rules apply when betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sporting events. If a match is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded. For live betting, real-time statistics and odds changes must be taken into account.

6.3 Casino Gaming Policy

All casino games are operated by third-party game providers (such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and JILI). The outcomes of these games are entirely random and rely on verified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Each game's own rules are displayed during gameplay.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Coordinated betting for the purpose of bonus abuse (arbitrage or bonus hunting).
• Colluding with other users or match fixing.
• Any interference with or hacking of the platform's software or hardware.
• Placing bets on behalf of or with funds from a third party.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

king baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice, particularly in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Registration using false or misleading information.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• Failure to submit documents requested for identity verification within the set timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.

Members may also close their own account if they wish. In that case, a withdrawal request for any remaining balance must be submitted and will be processed subject to all wagering conditions being met.

8 Technical Errors

king baji makes every effort to keep its platform available at all times. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to internet connectivity issues, server maintenance, or unexpected technical faults.

If a connection is lost during a game or bet, the result of that round will be determined based on server logs. king baji reserves the right to recover any winnings or bonuses incorrectly awarded due to a technical error.

9 Privacy and Data Protection
